Matthew is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology at Montclair State University in New Jersey, USA, and a visiting scientist in the Sackler Institute for Comparative Genomics at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. He has an undergraduate degree in Zoology and a duel Master’s degree in Entomology and Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and Behavior, both from Michigan State University.
